Let's face it, many of us have tried many concoctions in order to shed. Whether it's powders, shakes, pills, grapefruit, shots, or coffee. It basically still comes out the same, we end up actually getting fatter. We end up feeling worse about ourselves and our image. We watch television shows like The biggest Loser and then judge others successfully lose of their weight and we get inspired by any of them.
